Today we celebrate with great honor the anniversary of November 2, 1930. A glorious day in Ethiopia. Marcus Garvey had proclaimed few years earlier. “One day a King will be Crowned” This was that very day and all of Ethiopia came in full regalia. Dignitaries from around the globe attended and the Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael flanked Emporer Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen Asfaw on three sides in the procession to Saint George’s Cathedral in Addis Ababa where the Coronation Ceremony was held. Sanctified by God, the Crowning was facilitated by the High Priest according to the Laws in Traditions of Ethiopian Coptic Christianity. Selah !!!
